Emily Mansoor

Born and raised in Northern Nevada, Emily Mansoor focuses her practice on estate planning, real estate transactions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.

Whether she and her team are supporting individual clients with estate planning during their next chapter of life, assisting emerging startups navigate the maze of business formation and commercial contracts, or supporting established corporate firms with governance, Emily brings unwavering commitment and genuine care to her clients.

Passionate about her community, Emily volunteers her time and effort to local organizations and businesses—including working with local nonprofits, coaching high school mock trial, and supporting the local Alzheimer’s Awareness organizations.


In her free time, Emily enjoys playing slow pitch softball, paddle boarding, knitting, and hanging out with her dog Scout. She loves exploring and trying new foods and makes it a goal to visit a different local restaurant every week. She also enjoys reading and started a book club with other young female professionals in the area.

Allie Shuman

Born and raised in Truckee, California, Allie moved to Reno to attend the University of Nevada, Reno, where she earned her degree in Criminal Justice. With over 12 years of experience in the legal field, Allie has spent much of her career specializing in personal injury law, advocating for clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Recently, Allie has transitioned to estate planning, drawn to the proactive nature of helping families protect their futures and ensure their legacies are secure. Her goal is to empower individuals and families to plan for the future, offering peace of mind through thoughtful and personalized estate planning services.

Outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, exploring the outdoors, and being an active part of the Reno community.

Kristine Wines

A Northern Nevada native, Kristine Wines brings a fun and familiar energy to the Mountain Legacy Law team. As the head attorney’s mom, she’s always ready to jump in and help wherever needed—whether that means keeping things running smoothly or just keeping everyone laughing.

When she’s not lending a hand, Kristine enjoys cooking up something delicious and hitting the golf course to perfect her swing. She adds a little extra flavor—both literally and figuratively—to the team, making the office a more enjoyable place for everyone!

Bella Quinonez

Bella Quinonez is a senior at the University of Nevada, Reno, studying Accounting with a minor in Entrepreneurship. She is in the process of applying to law school and is passionate about combining her financial background with a future career in law.

She is excited to be part of the Mountain Legacy Law team during such a pivotal time for the firm. The team’s dedication and compassionate approach inspire her, and she looks forward to contributing while learning and growing in the legal field.

Outside of work and school, Bella enjoys staying active through health and fitness and spending quality time with her family. These passions help her stay balanced and bring focus and energy to everything she does.

Hayley

Hayley is a Nevada local and a hardworking high school student who keeps the Mountain Legacy Law office running smoothly. Between assisting with office tasks, she balances a busy schedule filled with school and sports.

Her energy and enthusiasm bring a fresh vibe to the team, and she’s always ready to lend a hand.

Shakil Mansoor

Shakil serves as the Director of Moral Support, bringing unwavering encouragement, countless office repairs, and a well-timed sense of humor to the team. With a keen ability to boost morale and diffuse stress, Shakil ensures that everyone has a welcoming environment to tackle challenges with confidence. Whether making home improvement store runs, celebrating victories (big or small), or supplying essential morning pastries, Shakil is there for the Mountain Legacy Law Team.

Scout Mansoor

Scout takes his role as Chief Barketing Officer very seriously—when he’s not napping on the job. As the official greeter of Mountain Legacy Law, he ensures every visitor is welcomed with a wagging tail and an expert sniff inspection. His specialties include boosting office morale, supervising lunch breaks (in case any snacks need “disposing of”), and providing top-tier cuddles during stressful moments.

A true professional, Scout believes in pawsitive reinforcement, regular belly rub breaks, and the occasional game of chase. While his legal expertise is questionable, his ability to make people smile is unmatched.
